The mission of Inspired Adventurist and Adventurist Strength Training is to guide you in discovering the adventure of your dreams, embarking with peak fitness, and leave a lasting positive impact on the places you visit.
Establishing baseline strength/flexibility/power allows for creating workouts tailored to most improve your fitness and athletic outcomes.
In the span of ~1.5hrs, we'll assess your core strength, flexibility, and power at threshold. We'll then discuss how to integrate this knowledge into your own workout plan or a custom designed workout program by Inspired Adventurist.
