Adventurist Strong
Adventurist Strength Training are a unique system of workouts, movements, and mental exercises, developed by Inspired Adventurist, to target the strength and power needs of adventure endurance athletes. Workouts focus on the fundamental movements that build strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and balance/coordination. Each workout addresses these central areas, and builds progressively to challenge the body to become stronger and more resilient.

Adventurist Winter Strength Training - Champions are Built in the Off-Season
Adventurist Strength and Power gym sessions combine traditional and usual exercises to provide endurance and adventure athletes an opportunity to targets core weaknesses, addresses muscle imbalances, and build cardiovascular capacity in ways that go beyond a traditional sport.

Custom-Tailored Coaching - Available Year Round
Athletes that recognize their need for individualized coaching, can apply any bundle package towards a six month training package with Inspired Adventurist Coaching that would occur in conjunction or following the winter training sessions.

Heart rate monitor (if you own one)
Sweat Towel
Water bottle
Yoga Mat (Optional for Warm-up)
Workout Session Structure
Power, strength, and core will comprise 20 minutes of each workout during the corresponding workout phase, and 10 minutes when not the focus of the workout phase. Cardio will receive 10-20 minutes of focused time, depending on the intensity of the cardio session.

- Core/Foundation Strength Work: Monday/Thursday - January 17-Feb 21, 11 Classes
- Strength Endurance: Monday/Thursday - March 4-28, 8 Classes
- Power Endurance: Monday/Thursday - April 1-25, 8 Classes

- Full phase and bundles are discounted. Those registered for the full class pack will get an additional set of supplemental workouts each week that are synced with the specific focus of the workout phase.
