- Three part, 17 point test that highlights strength and challenges regarding functional movement/flexibility, strength, and endurance
- Establishes baseline for fitness and progress measurement
- Connects to Adventure Profile and Report and provides pacing and phasing of workout regimen needed to accomplish adventure goal by a specific date

- Home for daily workout structure
- Communcation tool between coach and adventurist for workout feedback and ongoing development
