Adventurist Strength Training is aunique system of workouts, movements, and mental exercises, developed by Inspired Adventurist, to target the strength and power needs of adventure endurance athletes. Workouts focus on the fundamental movements that build strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and balance/coordination. Each workout addresses these central areas, and builds progressively to challenge the body to become stronger and more resilient.

Adventurist Strength-Endurance Training Champions are built in the off-season. Five month gym series with progressive fitness and mental skills development. Two gym classes and one home-based workout per week. Winter Sports Boot Camp Winter is coming! Welcome winter 100% Adventure Strong! Six week pass for two gym classes and three home-based workouts per week.
